Sean Dyer MBA, CFP, CIM, FCSI
Sean started in the financial industry in 2005 and transitioned to the Credit Union system in 2008 where he has worked with clients ever since. Part of his passion revolves around the emotional impact money can have on people. His philosophy is that “money is a tool to provide a lifestyle and legacy.” Money can complicate things - estates, divorce, educating kids and grandkids, retirement, family dynamics – all of which are areas he can help guide clients and provide peace of mind.
Sean graduated with a BBA from Okanagan University College in 2005 and holds an MBA specializing in Finance from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). In 2008, at the age of 27, he achieved his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, becoming one of the youngest in the country at the time.
Although Sean was born in Vancouver, he has spent most of his life in the Southern Interior. Outside of work, Sean loves to surf—though he admits he's not very good—and has been to Tofino 12 times. He also loves New York City and has visited four times. Sean has two children, Ashley and Aiden, and when not working or spending time with them, he can be found golfing, at the hockey rink, or simply enjoying the Southern Interior lifestyle.
